I'm starting a new 180g, here is my Equipment List sofar:

Tank: All-Glass 180RR Corner Overflow's
Sump: EA 40RS
Controller: Apex
Return pump: DCT 12000
Skimmer: Reef Octopus 8'' Diablo with DC 5500s pump and 2 Neck Extensions
Media reactor:
Powerheads: RW15 and XF-150
Lights: 2 OR and 2 Radions
Heater: Two 300w Heaters
Rock: 90lbs BRS Pukani Dry Live Rock
Sand: 30lbs Tropic Eden Grand Select Aragonite

Here is my stand, still working on it.

Thank you smitty, I can't wait too. This 180 is replacing my 220 that leaked. And my fish are in the 75.
 
The tank is on the stand!!!! I'll post a pic later and want to say thank you to my friend Pual for helping me.
 
Thank you. I'm not done with the rock yet. I did add some Fiji last night too, just not in the pic. Right now i'm just cooking it.
Pukani has tons of dead stuff in it.
 
Update... the tank is up and running now. I moved my fish from the 75 to the 180.





Got a Neck Extension for my skimmer too.
 
Me to joe, the fish are really happy now. I'll be getting my led light next week. Still need two more.
 
Why the switch from the Bubble Magus to the Octo? Also can you explain the double sump to me?

Looks like a nice setup. I'm envious of that little ledge in front of you tank. I'd love to have a place to set all of my crap when doing work in my tank. However, my tank/stand is so tall that I have to be on a ladder to do anything anyway.
 
The tank on the right is for my ATO water. Its a 20H. I was using Bubble Magus to remove the rock junk from the tank water and did not have a sump at that time. The Reef Octopus 8'' was on the 75 tank but since my fish are now in the 180, I moved it to that tank. Its also a bigger skimmer and later on I will upgrade to pump the DC 5000. My tank stand is 34in tall. This tank is replacing my 220 reef tank that leak last year. I still need a new return pump, lights, and some other stuff but its almost done. Just taking my time.
