you might want to put the TD after the sediment and before the rodi and then after the DI. If you only have two metering points that will help you see you product water and the effectiveness of your RO membrane. Glad you got it straightened out.

Also, I forgot to tell you... The way you had it before (sediment-membrane-carbon), may have compromised your membrane. The carbon is what removes the chlorine from the water and must be installed before the membrane, not after, because chlorine will damage the membrane very quickly. If you didn't run too much water though it that way before correcting it you might be ok... Just be on the lookout for high/rising TDS between the membrane and DI (good place for tds probe "in" ). If high TDS makes it to the DI, it will be used up again very fast.
