What size is this bulkhead? (and other plumbing ?)

Oh, and sch80 is always grey. Black bulkheads are sch 40.

Nope. You are restricted to the physical limitation of flow on the smallest ID of your drain line. Now however, if you have 2 smaller drains connecting, you can then step up to a larger ID drain to combine the flow of both the smaller lines.
