So i decided to make a build thread for my 55 gallon mixed reef.

Background:
I'm 16 yo been keeping a saltwater tank for 1 year and freshwater for 11 years. So there's not much about me or my background if u have any questions go ahead and ask.

Ok so Equipment:
Proflex sump with refugium
2x vortech mp10
Eshopps overflow
not sure what kind of return but it does its job
Auto-top off system
titanium heater
Oceanic Systems Coralife New Style Super Skimmer Protein Skimmer for Tanks Up to 65 Gallons need a new skimmer bad

Corals:
SPS
LPS
softies
(I used to know all the names but i forgot. I wrote them down somewhere)

Fish
2x clowns
2x diamond goby
1x leopard wrasse
1x pygmy angel
1x cardinal fish
1x yellow tang (IK IK IK tang in 55 gal dont shoot me)
1x purple tilefish
(am i overstocked?)

Anybody know why my heliofungia is puffed up like a balloon? This is the first time seeing it like this and it's crazy huge. Bigger than I have ever seen. I'll get a pic up soon.

+1. and nice Cherub! I really love mine. It is cool to see the different markings on their faces. We should start a thread on that.

Yes I love my cherub he's so energetic and bold. He had a split tail when I got him from bullying but he's healed up great. I have a piece of rock over him but it's not covering his light too much. Should I move the rock or can I keep it there? Sorry there's a rock over the coral should I move that?

Update: Everything going incredibly well...after a 2 week upgrade battle with my parents i won....im looking for 4 foot long tanks 90 galons and up. If you see something shoot me a PM im very excited!!!
