mp10 es questions.

W= wireless
ES= ecosmart

I've found the best overall mode for normal use is lagoon mode, set so your corals are comfortable and you get good water movement in the tank.
 
the mp10wES isn't completely wireless as some may mistake it to be. it's only the communication between the vortech pumps that's actually wireless.

I like lagoon mode in an sps tank.

it's wireless in that is communciates wirelessly with other ecotech wireless devices MPw's and Radion's (and the WXM module for apex), it still needs to be plugged into the power and the controller
 
thanks everyone. Obviously my first mp ecotech. Running two jbj 1600s on a wave maker and a Koralia 600gph. Going to remove the 600 and put the mp10 in its place. Just need a little more flow and randomness. Love my koralias I had in place of the jbjs but didn't last long. Even with cleanings. What Yall think.
 
What's what. First two lights / second two lights.... What lagoon / what's reef crest?????? Dono. Wow a lot of options
 
Random Reef crest and Lagoon mode (random):
Yellow Dial with First 2 brightly lit is Reefcrest mode (dimly lit max speed set)
Yellow Dial with 3rd and 4th brightly lit is Lagoon mode (again dimly lit are max speed setting)
 
I got it. Just messing around. Love the mp. Reefcrest is by far the hot setup. Thanks again for all the pointers
