Juvenile Markings on a Tang?

I was looking at a juvenile Blonde Naso Tang the other day and it had some large white dots. I was told they were juvenile spots but I don't know that Tangs have juvenile spots that fade away with age. That said they didn't appear to be ich. Any thoughts?
 
My naso shows some white polka dots at night when it's relaxed or sleeping after lights out. It's got a solid coloring during the day. I have seen plenty of naso tangs with these white spots you are talking about during normal daytime hours. My suggestion is to just buy a fish that looks "right" to you from the start. Nothing worse than buying a fish and always worrying about nothing because it looks wrong.
 
Nope not bumps, it's just some colored markings that appear on the fish under certain circumstances. If it doesn't bother you and it's a good price, go for it.
