A quick Bio...

I'm Scott, 31 years old and just got out after 9 years in the Army, firefighter that turned into a combat medic. I am new to the saltwater hobby and enjoy it every second I get to be around it. I have 5 children, 2 from my marriage and 3 from my fiances, and we ALL love to spend our time going to LFS or to other peoples houses that are also in this hobby.

I ask a favor from everyone that can take a second for it. Please put a thought out there for myself and my family. Any rain dance, happy thought, or whisper will do. My AMAZING family will be tried hard a week from today, the family will be traveling in between Valparaiso and Chicago a lot in the upcoming week.

I am a rarity to say the least (less than 1% of the population) from what we have been learning, and from all the "old man" comments I received in the Army my body has decided I need a quick tune up.

A week from today I will be having open heart surgery at Hines VA Hospital to right a wrong that I was born with. So as I asked, please a quick thought for everyone that is involved in this ordeal, and much gratitude from me.

I hope surgery and recovery goes well for you buddy. I'm too far from you, but let them Indiana peeps know if you need help with your tank while recovering.
