Hello everyone,

If you didn't see in my other thread, I am releasing a new line of LED fixtures, and since there has been significant interest in these units, I would like to offer a special group buy offer for you fellow Chicago Reefers.

If you didn't see the other thread, here are the features:
120w, 55 LEDs, 90 degree optics, built in LCD controller, Dimmable 3 channels, no breakout box, Full Spectrum (23 Blue, 17 White, 4 True Violet, 4 Cyan, 4 Deep Red), 3 Moonlights with built in monthly lunar cycle, and 4 auto program modes for spring, summer, fall, and winter. Plus they are warrantied for 3 years directly through me.

So on to the group buy info.

If I can add 10 more units onto my order, there will be a decent discount on the shipping costs, which I can pass along to you.

So, if any of you are interested in purchasing these lights, and we can get an extra 10 units reserved, I can offer them to you at a special price of $329.99 each. Otherwise, the regular price is $349.99.

All payments will be processed online, through my website, using credit card or paypal.
Once the complete order is placed by me to my manufacturer, units will arrive about 14 days later. You could pickup from me in person for free, or I will offer flat rate $15 shipping per order.

Please PM me if you are interested, and once we hit the 10 unit minimum, I will contact everyone who is interested and send out the link for payment, and we can get the order placed as soon as possible.

How is the growth on your full spectrum pendants? I know you have them on the grow tank same dude making it? Or is it not a good compairison.

Same manufacturer, same LEDs, same optics, however these are much more powerful simply because there are 5 times as many LEDs.

As for growth, in my frag tank with the full spectrum PAR bulbs over it, it has been great. And they have been especially great enhancing the colors of all the coral in that tank.

Two would probably light the whole tank. However, do you have a standard 125, with the two cross supports on the top? The two supports may cause some shadowing with two fixtures only. Using three, one for each opening on the top would probably light everything more evenly.

Led diodes have a lifespan of approx 50000 hours. The whole fixture is warrantied through me for 3 years. If a diode did go out within 3 years it would not be replaceable by you, but would certainly be covered by the warranty and fixed or replaced.
 
But if it goes out after the 3 years, we can still replace the bulb correct since it is past the 3 years? The fixture can be opened easily to swap out the bulb?
 
Fahad, yes, with basic soldering knowledge individual LEDs an be easily swapped out after warranty. I know firsthand from doing so with my old Apollo fixture to swap out some of the whites and blues with purples, greens and reds. It was extremely easy to do so and took longer to disassemble the housing than to swap the LEDs.

Just to confirm, yes, George is correct. The housing can be opened, and diode replaced with basic soldering knowledge, after the 3 year warranty is up.
