update on my 120 gal. softie/lps reef. lost a few "easy" corals and added a few. just sitting back now and letting everything grow. still a few spots left for new pieces. trying to decide which to add. any ideas? I'm retired so none of the super expensive coral.

It looks excellent! Some of the expensive coral is way overrated. I remember your beautiful wild discus tank. I assume those are long gone by now.

In no particular order:
-Birdsnet. Should be cheap or many will give away free.
-Monti Cap. Same as above.
-Fire shrimp. Not a coral but would be a nice splash of color.
-Couple of ricordea mushroom. Little pricey.
-Flower anemone
-Bam Bam zoas
...

Good luck!

+1 on the torch. Or a frogspawn or a bright hammer. Also some bright z/p's IE: LA lakers, wood stocks, vivid rainbows

there is a small frogspawn and hammer on the sand. just wanted to see if I could keep them. don't really want to get into sps as I don't dose and have no intentions of doing so.
thanks to all for the suggestions. I thought about a nem, but I'm afraid of it killing my coral as it roams to find a spot.

Cool! Well.... I have a couple I would gladly give you. PM me and I will send you my contact info. I am usually around on weekends....
