Time to order my skimmer. Tanks been up and running for a few weeks now (rsr250).
Wanted to get around to ordering my skimmer this week.
Has anyone run 2 smaller skimmers instead of one "bigger" skimmer?
The system has 65 gallons of water and will be moderately stocked.
One of the issues I have with the reefer 250 is the size of the sump, and then the water height in the skimmer chamber (less of an issue).
So I was going to go with either the BM CURVE 5 or I was thinking of going with two Tunze DOC 9004.
The BM has a small footprint and would be rated "appropriately" for a tank volume much larger than mine. The two tunze would also achieve that but would give me freedom to mount them to the glass of the sump via magnets where I could have more options with placement.
Thoughts?
