400 watt Radium users

Looking for recommendations 400 watt Radiums.
I was using Reeflux 14k, but they are no longer made.
I heard the Radiums are finnicky on what ballast you use, wanted to make for mine were compatible.
Currently using Vue ballasts.

I never had any issues and used s few different ballasts , I like the select a watt type

I used to use both 14K flux's and 20K radiums but on the 250 watt side. They fire fine on Vue ballasts, especially the controllable ones with overdrive. On the Vue, the regular 250 is fine but the overdrive looks just like an M80 which I prefer. I have had both Vue's and old school M80's.

Sad to hear the 14 flux's are gone, those were my go-to for MH bulbs.

look for an hqi ballast it will overdrive it a little bit.
