To be honest with you, they were fine. They sent me what I ordered, but it wasn't a high dollar purchase.

I would be slightly weary of buying anything really expensive. One of the things I've read about is people selling camera frames with the guts of a knockoff inside. I'm not saying they would do that, but if what you're looking for is ridiculously priced, I would definitely be careful.

The stuff I ordered from them was through amazon, so I had the amazon guarantee backing it up.
 
If you could buy it through their storefront on amazon for the same price, I would do that. This way you get the A-Z guarantee from amazon if you're not happy.

I was happy with my transaction with them.
 
Dom, after read all review rating, I end up go order from B&H photo where I ordered from them a lot in the past. The price is more but they are very good service if there is something wrong.

Canon 70D is on the way, cannot wait...hoo hoo.

Nice Mai! B&H is probably one of the most reputable dealers out there.

70D is a pretty awesome camera! Eventually I'll have to upgrade from my XSI. Still works good for me, but I would love something else at some point.
 
I've been wanting to upgrade my camera as well....but I'm on Nikon not Canon. I should have you come over my place to photograph some of my stuff (not that I have much nice stuff to photograph).

Dan, you need take pictures of the new reefer (Baby)... :) Nikon is good camera too. I love to buy the Nikon N600, 7100 or D800 but I owned a lot of Canon lens so cannot change because lens are more expensive to switch to another system.
 
Now, I have to figure out the way to lie my boss (wife) when she see the credit card statement... he he...
 
I used B&H to buy my wife the Canon she has now. I have no complaints with them. Smooth transaction. Very helpful over the phone as well. The next thing I'd like to get is a macro lens but since I'm not as brave as Mai i'm going to wait... lol
