This is the first happy acan I have had. Lately his tentacles are out all the time during the day. Are these feeding tentacles or is he just happy?View attachment 10679

That is a feeding response. It may just be healthy and happy or it may be looking for more food. You can try gut loaded brine, mysis or large particle coral foods.

no problem. you can feed anytime the acans have the feeding response. Mine have the feeding response in the early morning so I feed just before leaving for work at 5:30am.
