I found 3 small aiptasia in my fuge can i just pull the rock and light their asses on fire and clean with saltwater?

If you can take the rock out, I don't see why not. Make sure you rinse well and all the tissues of the aptasias are gone, otherwise they will grow back
 
My suggestion is to bleach the rock and dry it out.....

I tried many times to "torch" some and never seemed to kill everything and they came back.

If it's a big rock you would rather not take out of the fuge I've found that simply encasing them in superglue kills them and prevents them from ever spreading... kalk paste works good too. But you could also let the rock dry out if it's small... however I must say I like your pyrotechnic idea of making an Aiptasia grilled well done. And I've never thought of what twitch said of asking the lfs if you can put it in their peppermint tank, but that's a good idea.

I should write a childrens book about this.
 
I have one in the Dr with coral on it so I can't dry it out. Maybe just superglue it. Thanks guys
