Any DIY mod idea for Marineland emperor 400?

I have 2 emperor 400 hob filters laying around. Any mod idea I could do to convert it to use in my tanks. I have a 75g. And start setting another 55g. TIA
 
If you have enough LR I would just use them as-is. They would be good for any filtering particles flowing around. I've seen some HOB filters modded to be used as fuges but I always think that there's not enough volume to make a difference in a bigger tank.
