Any reefers here into the hookah hobby? I smoke almost everyday and it might be fun to discuss some reefs over some delicious tobacco.

I tried it at a Palestinian restaurant on my birthday. They offered me some for free. It was licorice (which is not a favorite taste of mine). It made me sick for hours...

Licorice is one of the strongest flavors, you definitely don't want to start with that! Newbies should always start with something sweet or fruity. If you were at a Palestinian restaurant that licorice flavor was probably double apple(normal and sour apple) which tastes like licorice. People where smoking hookah is part of their culture usually smoke double apple, I have talked to a bunch of owners of local hookah lounges and they all smoke double apple.
 
Pretty sure they told me it was licorish, because it was his wife's favorite. Yeah it was strong, would have much preferred something fruity!

I have a hookah and smoke it now and then. However, being a marathon runner and a hookah smoker doesn't really mix well. A night of smoking the hookah makes for a day of talking like Darth Vader.

Haha yeah I bet the two don't mix well. I ride my bike about 10-20 miles almost every day and it doesn't seem to affect me too much. I also go all out with making sure the smoke is chilled and smooth :D
 
I used to know a Palestinian truck drive here in the U.S. and he smokes so much hookah, he would light a mini hookah pipe in his car/truck and place it next to him, you would see him driving and fiddling around with the coals at the same time, :laugh:

I smoked some out in Salt Lake City when I was working out there. Those young adult (riding the line) mormons love their hookah. Carried them around in the trunks of the cars for get togethers. lol

Hey enzo, we can definitely get along. I smoke hookah too. Mix my own shisha flavors too.

Also, i actually work for Mya hookah. I manage all of their social media. Yes, i get paid to facebook. Lol

You work for Mya?? I think we just become best friends lol. I have a KM now but I will ONLY use my Mya freeze on my hookahs. Also my first hookah was a smaller Mya but it met the fate of a concrete patio :/

Mya is a brand of hookahs. The two main ones are Mya and khalil mahmoon.

I mix al fakhar. Mint, vanilla and cinnamon. I'll share the recipe if you like. Cost about $40 locally but has lasted me about a month so far and thats with a bowl a day and i gave a bunch away to family.
