Anyone in downtown Chicago with some spare live rock to seed my dry rocks?

My tank is coming in Monday. I have dry rocks only. I read that I should get a small live rock to seed my dry rocks. I rather get a piece that comes from an established tank than go to a LFS for a piece that may have tons of nasty stuff in it. I only need a small piece since my tank is only 12 gals. I would gladly pay $5 for it, assuming it's less than a lb.

Dr. Tims one and only is what you want, no pests. Who knows what could be in my tank or anyone elses. I know I would feel guilty if i gave rock to start someones tank and they got some nasty HH... Just my opinion

Already got Dr. Tim's and his ammonia chloride ready. So you are saying I wouldn't need the live rock to seed if I am already planning to use Dr. Tim's?
