take 55 to channahon exit (rt 30) and on left side is a place called the feed store ..you cant miss it ... its right behind that ... tom is a good guy ...he runs the place

If you are going to spout a bad review about a place man up and say why for all we know you could be bitter cause the guy wouldn't give u a break on a 10 dollar frag after you wasted his time asking the price of everything in his store.
 
Wow!!! Thats def not the case, I was just trying to be nice so that it didnt mess up any business for Tom. He is a very knowledgeable guy as he has been doing it for a while, however conducts bad business and lies to people. Many of my friends have had bad experiences there.
 
I'm just curious to what you are referring, I have been doing business with tom for about a year and have only good experiences with him. Have you personally had a bad time with him, if so please tell. Or if not have your 'friends' explain. I am not flaming here, I am just wondering whats up. BTW, did you get my PM'S on the other forum/
 
This is not the place fellas to give opinions and any reviews...we have a specialized section for that.
 
Seriously .... tom knows more than most people I talked to ...he actually worked at the shedd aquarium (Documented)... and has a degree in marine biology..very honest I never seen him sell anything to a person just for the sake of making a sale in fact I seen himself talk people out of sales (thing they don't need) or ways to cut corners and he will always take his time to talk to you unlike many other stores I have been to . his prices are very cheep as well and he cuts bundle deals... but over all a nice guy ( I will admit its not the biggest store... but some odd things come through there ) and if you near it's worth stopping in ...
