This is for the rental of A Gryphon 36" Aquasaw to be used for cutting hard corals.
It is to be pickup only in Plainfield IL. Or possibly meetup if available.
I know this is one thing that most reefers are not willing to purchase but are interested in. I am not willing to cut corals as the stress of bringing the corals, cutting, and taking back home would be too much. But I am willing to rent my saw to established members who are interested.
Here are the terms of the saw rental program!
The deposit is to cover my replacement cost of a replacement saw if it is lost during the loan/rental process. The varying levels deposit are formed from how active a user is as a basis of the likely hood the saw will be returned per the rental terms. The more a member has invested into the community the more the deposit is lessened.
Option #1 is for those who are very active members
Option #2 is for those who are active members
Option #3 is for everyone else wanting the use of the Saw
Option #1
$150 deposit (paid via paypal or money order)
250 meaningful posts
$25 weekly rental fee (pick up or meet up only)
3 week maximum rental period (after 4 weeks deposit will be forfeit)
Option #2
$250 deposit (paid via paypal or money order)
150 meaningful posts
$25 weekly rental fee (pick up or meet up only)
3 week maximum rental period (after 4 weeks deposit will be forfeit)
Option #3
$350 deposit (paid via paypal or money order)
30 meaningful posts
$30 weekly rental fee (pick up or meet up only)
3 week maximum rental period (after 4 weeks deposit will be forfeit)
I only have one of these so please return it as soon as you are done.
Deposit will be refunded after the saw is received back. The refund will be issued less the rental cost. The amount will vary depending on the option chosen from above and the length of the rental.
The saw is available by pickup only in Plainfield IL, or possibly meeting up half way if I am able to. The rental starts the day it is picked up and will end the day it is returned. Fees will be based upon weekly rentals. Ex pickup Tuesday returned Friday = 1 week, picked up Tuesday returned next Wednesday = 2 weeks.
The person paying the deposit is responsible for the safe return of the saw. If the saw is damaged while rented/loaned, the deposit will be returned minus costs of parts to be replaced. If the saw is never returned or damaged beyond repair it is considered purchased and the deposit is forfeit.
It is understandable that saw blades do wear out. This will be replaced by me as needed. Damage to the blade in terms of the blade being snapped or bent will result in the cost of a new blade coming out of the deposit. We will inspect the blade at the time of pickup and return for this reason.
By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of the loan/rental. Terms can be modified anytime the saw is checked in and is not out on loan/rental. Loan/Rental is based on my discretion and can be denied at any time.
Instructions will be provided with the saw.
