Congrats I had mine two weeks ago. It's pretty awesome! I would say its not so bad but you are having twins so you probably won't get to much sleep ;) word of advice when your at the hospital, use the nurses when ever you feel the need don't hesitate to call them. Especially when they have their first poop it's like the la brea tar pits :)
