Beyond the reef (Negative Score)

Went there today to grab a iodine test kit ran in quick grabbed it got home only to see they used almost the whole thing and it was missing the vial, color card also, all seals were cracked open on the solutions. Im sure Jim will swap it out. Had same thing happen to me at Underwater world when got a master reef kit from them, no color card and mostly everything was gone. This happen often to people or do I just have bad luck with it. Going to check the box for everything for now on.

I had the same thing happen at rw lol. Picked up some metro only to get home and find out it was empty lol

I think they might have used the test kit and might have tossed it up on the shelf I thinking it was complete.

oh I'm sorry to hear that, picked up one from Underwater yesterday with a load of Fish and no problems at all .
