Black spots on clown

My clown has had some black spots growing on it, looks like it might be sting marks from the BTA it's hosted by. The clown is 100% healthy and eats just fine. I wanted a second opinion on the spots to make sure I'm not dealing with anything bad here.

I've heard these are common when the clownfish is starting to host an anemone or other stinging corals.

My clownfish got some after hosting a Frogspawn. I believe they get them as they try to get used to the corals sting.

Just stings from the nem. If hes eating and still active, i wouldnt worry
