That looks pretty normal to me. Sometimes glass doesn't line up perfectly; what's more important is the condition of the silicone seal and support of the frame.

Have u ever resealed a tank before if not u could make it worse just saying. If its dry and brittle its no good soft and flexible is good ive seen worse that held water fine . But if u plan on haveing tank a long time mines been up 12 yrs or so either redo or find new tank which i understand isnt cheap but cleaning up 90 gal of salt water isnt either unless in basement thats not finished lol
 
I would try it. chances are in your favor that it will be fine, resealing a tank is often more dangerous than letting it go. my vote is to replace it if your scared and use it if your a man.
