bristle worm?

Found this today and I think it's a bristle worm, but thought I'd ask your opinions. I pulled it from the tank and will try to keep it alive and see if it's good or bad. I should have made the background a different color, and can do that if it helps. Or try to get pictures that aren't as fuzzy if no one can identify it. It's about 3/8 of an inch long and found it on my zoa rock.

Yup, looks like a bristle worm. They're considered good by most, bad by some. Personally I like having them in my tank. Free self propagating clean up crew members.

As long as it doesn't look like these, which are fireworms, you should be alright.

As the other posters said it is. Be very careful and do not touch them, their spines will break off and become lodged in your skin. It is quite painful, irritating, and could cause an infection. They are extremely difficult to remove.
