Imnew to saltwater and I noticed these in my tank
What type of fish eat these or how do I get rid of them
I have maxi mini anemone
Zoa frag
Leather
2chromis
Yellow tail damsel
It's a 75 and I only want the fish that will be good enough for that tank for ever, not to out grow it.
I also have blue and red leg hermit crabs, nassarius snails, turbo snails and a callapa crab
Thanks guys

do some research most are beneficial. So unless you see one damaging your tank, or suspect one damaging your tank, you probably don't need to get rid of them. Even though they are ugly as hell.

Will the arrow crab mess with anemone, sorry if it's a dumb question
I noticed them when I hand fed the anemone, I was like what the hell is that, they literally came out of rock next to it and they were trying to steal food from it , they're like 2inchs real skinny
Thanks guys

This crab has been known to attack crustaceans such as Banded Coral Shrimp, and may even attack small slow moving fish. All crabs are opportunistic feeders and if insufficient food is present they may pick at mushrooms or polyps searching for food.

^+1 to what he said. Bristles usually won't bother anything. What happened to you I think it was coincidence. If you really want to keep them in check look into the Halichoeres family of Wrasses. For a 75 I would highly recommend a Yellow Coris, Christmas Coris or Red-line. They are extremely beautiful and peaceful fish and will rarely pick at anything. They are not reef safe for the reason that they will go after invertabrates but ime it's very rare. I know my Corises do an excellent job at it + they keep pests in control if you ever come across them.

+1. You can also reduce their numbers by cutting back a little on feedings.

First, they are pretty much harmless, but in order to control the population, a yellow coris wrasse would be my first choice as well.

There are bristle worms, and there are fireworms. Find out which one you have. You can try to youtube bristleworm vs fireworm. IPSF.com also has info and video on bristle vs fireworm. Bristle worms are great part of your clean up crew. Fireworms are the ones that will sting you and become pests

I did notice 2 differ ones when they tried to pull food, one looks black and white other looked red/orange and whitish

Is the black and white one smooth or fuzzy/prickly looking. Google peanut worm to check. Peanuts are really good.
