Busted car windows

Does anyone know of a local, affordable place where I can get my car windows replaced. My mother had been keeping my car, since I haven't been able to drive, and this morning she called me to tell me that two of the passenger windows have been busted out. While she was making the police report, the officer told her that some random kids went thru the neighbor hood, busting windows out of cars in the area. So now, I have to pay for some windows that I can't afford...smh. So let me know if you guys know of a place. Thanks.

Call junkyards in the area, see if they can set you up with the windows you need. It's actually not that difficult of a job to install the new ones.

Sorry to hear about that man as posted above a junk yard will be your best bet and they aren't hard to install

Yeah I was going to mention that also an then get safe lite auto glass go out to you and replace it

They only replace it if you have have coverage...i only have liability on this vehicle.

I'm tellin ya, junkyard, or u-pull-it yard. Best way overall, windows will be cheap, install is free, lol. And even if you did have insurance its still a lot easier than dealing with them and all the runaround. You would probably even been responsible for alternate transportation while they repaired the car.

Safelite came out and replaced our windshield. Way cheaper than the dealer and it came out great. I like that they come right out to you too.

Those prices really aren't that bad depending on the vehicle. In 2003 I had to buy a replacement side window for a 240sx hatchback and the u-pull price was around the 60-90 range depending where I called. I found one from a guy that was tearing down a front wrecked one for parts and got the window for $30 from him.
