Here's my new 45g build rimless . Doing a diy stand and a foam rock wall
Here's the stand my first diy wow after my 2nd attempt here's what I got a lil frustrated because it rock a tiny bit! Any suggestions to the stand are welcome! The foam rock wall is made of black pondfoam and epoxy. I embedded rocks and a skull into it . I am debating drilling it but nervous. Thx guys

The stand is serious overkill 3/4" plywood with proper joints without any framing is enough to hold 45gal but you can always upgrade to a 60 later... Just take your time and make sure both the top and bottom of the stand is flat.

Lol you think so maybe I'm paranoid but I only used screws for the support no metal frames on L brackets u think I'm ok?

Ya I may just be over thinking it but you think I should a metal L-brackets?

I don't think you'll need metal brackets, and its best, to keep metal away from salt water.
