Can anyone help ID these?

Tank is 55gal and roughly 6mo old. CuC of 5 nassarius, 6 cerith, 8 nerite. YW goby + tiger pistol shrimp, 1 feather duster, 1 hitchhiker brittle star. Lots of live rock.

Last week dozens of these showed up attached to everything.

Anyone able to ID them?

They look hollowish when viewed from the top and look firm like a cocoon.
