Capysolo's 150

Well, I think it's been 4, maybe 5 years since I've had a tank. A couple years ago my wife and I picked up an awesome 150g acrylic tank and stand. It's taken forever to get to the point of setting it up, but we're there now!

The tank is 60"x24"x24" and is located in our dining room, so we can see it from our living room. It will be plumbed to the basement sump which will be an old 125g tank. I will also be adding a 90g refugium in the basement.

I just recently got the drain from the display plumbed to the sump. I still have to build a stand for the fuge, and get that plumbed in. I also have to get the sump baffles siliconed in.

The return will be a Reeflo gold barracuda. Should leave me plenty of flow for any reactors or anything I might add down the road.

Haven't decided on a skimmer, I have two laying around that I'll see if they'll work.

Undecided on lighting as well. I have a Maxspect Razr that I may just find a second one to match. I also have a cheapo led fixture, may use that for the fuge.

I have an old Apex that I'll probably use if I can set it up how I want. May sell that and get a new one though. Just gotta figure out what I need where and go from there.

I'll get some pictures when I can, but everything is a damn mess right now.

Looking forward to the build. I really like those dimensions and am considering that size for my next tank.
