60mm is EF-S len not for full frame camera. I have to buy a adapter to use me Canon 6DII camera. It's work for APS-C camera only.

Yes it is... Your camera is APS-C camera and work fine with the 60mm - no need adapter. It will be 60mm x 1.6 = 96mm
