looks very similar to what i have seen called 'sandstorm' chalice
you might try that as a search term and see what comes up.
 
Nino, this looks similar to the maricultured chalices from Indo. They ussually have a red or orange base with blue, purple, green, ect patches or stripes. Some also have multicolor eyes and neon green rims. Brian has got a stock pile in the farm trough that he will be fragging soon.
