Was wondering whats everyones thoughts about having a chicagoreefs newsletter via email..

I think this will be nice to have. Like every month or maybe every week have an upate on whats new thats happening on chicagoreefs. Like site updates, downtime periods, any events going on, lfs sales, or highlight new reefing products, have articles about reefing thats written by a fellow reefer, also put tank of the month pictures, fish/invert/coral highlight of the week, give aways ..

the content can come from us reefers and our experiences..

Content can be borrowed from online resources, or, if properly cited, even us! Many publications allow material to be used in smaller venues like this for free, if sometimes a very nominal fee. But as long as documents are cited, I see no reason why fellow members couldn't contribute.
