Clam covered in sponge -- good or not

Hi guys, one of my clam's shell is covered in sponge on both sides, is that something I have to worry about or should I leave it alone?

Good question!! I have a nice yellow one on my zoas and still doing great.. So I guess it's ok

As long as it's on the outside of the shell, it should be ok.
