Compound (Cement) for tonga rock?

i just redid my rock work. i used some epoxy and superglue. It's holding pretty sturdy, but it really only works if done out of the water.

I used a fiberglass reinforced pottable hydraulic cement and acrylic bonder, BASF Emaco s88ci mortar and Acryl 60

Josh, you use all of them mix together or only 2 together?

Sorry, I made it hard to understand. The Emaco is the fiberglass hydraulic cement. Instead of using water you use the acrylic binder, Arcyl 60. It mixes just like the cement you would use in a sidwalk, etc. It's just a different bled that is safe underwater. It's the same stuff Marco Rocks sells as EMARCO mortar.

Thanks Sir...

I know the feeling quite well just remember when the corals grow you won't see the tonga lol
