Cool restaurant tank

I saw this at lunch today and thought it was interesting. Two acrylic tanks plumbed together; each tank had four compartments. Each compartment was about the size of a 40G breeder. They were on top of a stainless steel cabinet that housed all the plumbing and a chiller I'm guessing.

"Cai" in Chinatown. 2100 S. Archer Ave. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor above the Citibank.

The food is in the tanks.

The food quality can be inconsistent and yes, you can pick it out of the tanks. lol
