Coralline spread faster after urchin grazing?

Hi I was wondering if my Urchin grazing my coralline will make it spread faster?

I have 5 urchins in my tank all tuxedo and still have a coraline prob . The purple looks nice but man clogs pumps power heads gotta scrap it of the glass all the time and honestly for what eventually your corals grow and with cover all the coraline anyway lol . But back to your ? I dont think it spreads it faster good water quality will do that
