Deep blue overflow noise fixed

So after getting really frustrated with the overflow noise on my 80 deep blue tank I came up with a solution. By simply using a foam block adding under the overflow teeth so the water trickles and slows down to the overflow water level. This greatly reduced the noise next to none.

U could raise the drain around 2" and that will raise the water line and not make the noise. Ted helped me out with that and now the drain is quiet. And my water level is higher. The only bad thing is the op of the drain will b higher than the tank.
