DIY LED question

I'm able to get 2 pairs of Gen 2 Radion pucks and wanted to make my own fixture. How can I do that and also add some Cree LEDs to make the spectrum even better? Thanks

The available optics for the Radion Pucks are not efficient.

In fact most available boards or multichip LEDs did not consider optics or settled for a TIR Optic.
