Does anyone drill, build, and install overflows?

I have a brand new 120 and would like to find someone who can build a quiet overflow box and drill/install into my tank.

Does anyone do this in the chicago area?
 
I have a glass bit for 1 1/2 pic bulk head if you want to drill your self. It is pretty easy. I drilled 2 holes in my 180 and had a glass shop cut 2 pieces of glass and made a c2c overflow.
