Does anyone know what this is?

The other day I noticed one of these things on the glass and I pulled it out. The next day I saw 4 more of them. Does anyone know what it might be? It almost looks like a worm with tentacles.

Spaghetti Worm. You want it in your tank.

It could be a hair worm too. Those aren't so good...

I think it is the spaghetti worm. It's crazy how new things are always appearing in the tank. I haven't added any rock or sand in a couple years and I still find new things every so often.

+1 on spaghetti worm.. I have a ton in my sand bed but i have never seen them on the glass b4.. Awesome!

I turned off my power heads to feed the tank and forgot to put them back on for a day. Maybe that's why they came out and went on the glass.
