Does the floor have enough support?

So I'm moving to a duplex in Bucktown and was looking to set up a 90 gallon tank with a 15 gallon sump. do you think the floor will be able to support this? I will be on the second floor but I figured if I make sure the tank is on a cross beam I should be alright.

I have a 90g + 40g sump living on the 2nd floor of apartment. Works for me.

is it an older place? I feel like if this place is too old then I might have an issue with the floor being too weak

I always thought older apartments are more sturdier. Not sure when my apartment was constructed but it feels pretty old.

I had an engineering firm come in and validate my tank would be safe where I put it!
