I just saw this saw, looks like great , cheaper alternative to band saw. I think it might work for fragging corals.

I just started using a diamond coated cutting wheel on my dremel and is working pretty well - can occasionally re-dip the frag/rock in water to help cool it/wheel down.

i have a wet saw for tile (diamond table saw type with the water in the box underneath) a giant regular band saw and a dremel with about every possible blade. I'd use some of that for thin sps or a big zoa rock, but after using Nino's inland marine water cooled diamond band saw i can absolutely see why that is going to be about the best possible method. It cut through the frag plugs literally like soft butter and the damage to the corals was nil. It just instantly made a slurry of anything solid that it touched and that ran neatly into the box below. The kerf on the cut was exactly blade thickness too. I was so nervous about how fast to push the corals through before I started, but i felt like a pro after about 10 seconds. This one might work in a pinch, but I'm currently locked on the inland marine (or a cheaper knockoff of that exact type :))

+1 for inland band saw. I love it to cut all the big rock to small little frag...
