Drop-Off Tanks

I think those look cool....now i want one...been wanting to set up a nano tank for quite some time. How much are they?

That looks really cool.... Would you need a powerhead somewhere for flow on the bottom portion or do you think the included pump(s) would be enough?

The company is planning on going into full production on January 1 and are offering all hobbyists an exclusive pre-order sale price during the month of December — $269.99 for the pico, $359.99 for the midsize and $584.99 for the larger 35 gallon version.

It looks cool, but what's the benefit? Is it that much better that a typical aio? At least as far as the volume lost to the bottom cavity

The main benefit would be to easily set up different heights for different types of corals. This would allow you to put specific corals at different levels, without having to adjust rockwork for them. It's pretty much just a unique way of doing things. It won't be useful for most people, but if someone really wants a unique tank with a unique style and wants to grow all different sorts of corals, it could work out for them.
