What's the big difference between a par30
And a par38

I need a bulb for a standard 10 gallon
Would a par30 be good

A par30 would not give you enough light for a 10g. Your best bet would be to go with a par38 and swap the 90 degree optics for 120 degree optics. That would give you sufficient spread and light, and since the depth is only 12", you should have enough penetration still.

If you have any other questions, just let me know.

What light would be recommended on a 29 gallon tank? Would the par38 bulb be sufficent or would I have to purchase the panel led system? Do u have the lamp clamp fixture in stock or when will it be?

If you went with par bulbs, you would need to go with two for sure. I run two par38s over my 20 long which is the same dimensions, but slightly shorter in depth.

As for lamp clamps, we do not currently have them in stock, should be here in about 2-3 weeks.
