Ebay snails laying eggs non stop

I bought 100 "nassarius" snails off ebay for $25 and since they've been in the tank all they do is lay eggs. The glass looks like crap with all these eggs all over and I'm not sure If I should scrape them off. I don't know if killing all of them will screw with my water. Any suggestions?

danggg....if you get overloaded with nasirrus snails....ill be happy to take some off your hands
