Can some one help me out and tell me if this impeller is shot , it looks like the is a x that connects the impeller and shaft together and they are broke off. Am I seeing this right??

it could be that, but its difficult to see if there ever was any fins on the impeller shaft that fits into the slits on the magnet....did you find any loose pieces of plastic? I would have thought the impeller shaft fit tight inside the magnet....could you bond the two together with some type of epoxy?.....

Super glue it the magnets r usely glued to that whit part that hold impellor the glue they use well fails sometimes least on my cheap azz pumps i super glue them back one so far so good now if u had the magnet cracked then it takes even more glue lol

Thanks guys I'll give it a shot and I'll pick up a new impeller down the road, just haven't seen any pieces that are broke off that's why I had to ask if it looked right.

Is it moving water? Mine would work for awhile then stop and I'd have to pull it up out of the water and put it right back in and it'd start working again. Then I glued it and once in a great while it'll act up

No , I know that some pumps take a min to get primed then start pumping... Not this case
