ETSS skimmer question

I have an ETSS 800 R protein skimmer and for the last year and a half it pulled about a 1/2" of liquid daily. A couple of months ago it slowed down to about 3/4" a week. I cleaned the bio balls with a tooth brush, cleaned air intakes with a brush and nothing seems to help.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Rick

Maybe u just have less poop in u tank . I notice swings in my skimmer when i feed less . U feeding any different or doing more water changes.

Rick I used to own a etss and after the same headaches I went with a cone skimmer and have had no problems for the past 2 yrs and IM also Saving a ton of power on the supply pump side I think I cut my wattage in half. They are good skimmers until they have a problem. But an answer to your ? I was told change out the balls and give it time to break in like it's new.
