Feedback for my CMAS table

So it is morning after :) and I had a good swap. Looking for open feedback on my tables, my tanks, my frags, by pricing, where I hit it and where I missed it.

  1. Tanks - didn't sell any 10G nano's but 3 of 4 18x18. Do I drop the small tank?
  2. Frags, I though I had good frags and good selection good pricing. What id you think.
  3. Display could have been better, what would you do different
  4. do I drop the 10G and add a 24x24
  5. How was tank pricing - what do you think pricing should be?
  6. Sold no skimmers, pumps, heaters, keep them stocked or let people ge them on their own

Anyway you get the idea. I did ok for first swap, but want to up my game if I do another

What can you help me with?

Thanks
Will

I thought your tanks were sweet
Very well crafted and a great price for the quality
Better than some off the shelf mass produced crap

Will, I think that you nailed the swap. If the small tanks didn't sell, don't make more until they do, but definitely keep them around; you never know what the crowd wants. As for your display, I'd just raise the height of the canopy a little bit so that it's easier to see into the tank.

Beyond that, I wouldn't change a thing. Though 24x24" cubes would be sweet... :)

It's hard for you to compete on any dry goods with dirk 50 feet away. His prices aren't amazing, but there always a few bucks under retail. I agree with Ben that you'll never know if the 10g tanks will suddenly be the hot commodity. The only thing I would suggest would be to put the tanks on one end or behind the main table. You seem just a little bit trapped back there. The biggest issue for any of these swap displays to overcome is to be able to have more than one person look into the tank at the same time. Other than a 8x72x8 tank, I'm not sure what the solution is, but I know I always feel bad when I feel like I am in someone's way even if I am trying to buy something. Again, that's general to every vendor. Your set-up looked like you've been doing this for years. My tank is so sweet by the way. The blue acrylic is such a nice touch.

Just wanna say coming to the swap one of the big things I was looking forward to was checking out the tanks that u built first hand and boy was I very pleased with them.. I got one of the tanks :) just would say I would like to see more of the bigger aio tanks that u made but def should keep the small ones and make upon request.. Good job on the AIO tanks..

The black acrylic is better!

Thanks guys, Ideal world would be to offer White, black, and blue. White is hard to come by. canopy issues noted, had ready been noticing same issue a the swap.

I am out of dry good business unless someone orders tank with the rest.

I will start plans for 24x24 and put up pictures when I have one done.

Will

Hey will do u still have dry goods fs like skimmers and pumps?

Will, had the dimensions of your tank fit my space, i would have gotten one at the swap. I got two frags from you and the price was excellent. I liked your setup but i agree with Herbie on the canopy.

I'm really looking forward to my custom tank i will order with you.
