I heard they both came from Vivid, same corals, different name.

True but conclusion of the story is sunnyds and vivid rainbows are same. Both came from vivid

i also have both and got them at the same time .. paid $5 per polyp for sunny ds and $15 per polyp for vivid rainbows just days apart. always thought i can tell the difference between those two but now i feel thats only cause i know which one is which. if they are both mixed, i cant tell them apart

only difference i found was sunnyds are more orangish yellow and the vivids are more greenish yellow. but now .. i dont know anymore ..
