Yea after reading the horror stories about fragging coral and seeing the toxins released when I started cutting freaked me out.
I decided to cut the original frag out leaving the over grown coral on the Rock.
Once I had the frag out and into a Tupperware container I cut off about 5 heads and glued them onto a frag plug.
Put the new frag and old frag back into the tank and dumped the water from the container.
Decided to do my water change while I was in there and ended up knocking off a piece of my thick branch birds nest coral.
So glued that piece onto a frag plug as well.
Lets see how these go before I try more.
Btw I was wearing rubber gloves during this.
I think next time I might go with bone cutters instead of an exacto blade.
